My client is a specialist leisure and travel business located in a beautiful rural location and who are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst to join their large digital team.

The Role: Responsible for drawing insight from the results of online campaigns, the Digital Marketing Analyst will work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure that campaigns are delivering the required volume of traffic and driving enquiries and revenue and make recommendations to improve future campaigns.

Key responsibilities:

  • Analysis of all paid search campaigns
  • Using Google Analytics to track where traffic is coming from and what campaigns provide most success
  • Use of A/B testing
  • Create dashboards to monitor all campaigns and draw insight to inform and improve future campaigns.

The Candidate: You must have worked in an acquisition focused digital role previously which had a focus on analysis and have experience of paid search; PPC across Google AdWords and Bing and also knowledge of the most up to date SEO principles. An expert user of Excel and ideally some experience of using SQL and JavaScript would be beneficial. To be considered for this Digital Marketing Analyst role you will be naturally numerate and be able to demonstrate how your analytical experience has improved the performance of digital campaigns and how this has directly linked to increased revenue. You will have an excellent working knowledge of Google Analytics.

As well as the salary of £40,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience), the benefits which accompany the role are fabulous including discount on travel.

Would suit Digital Analyst from either an agency background or in-house role. Could also suit a PPC Manager or Search Marketing Manager who has an interested in post campaign analysis.
