Marketing Manager Key Responsibilities
Headquartered in Derbyshire, our client is looking for a Marketing Manager to revitalise their marketing offering, bringing passion, energy and expertise. Working closely with the senior leadership team, this is a unique opportunity to drive full mix marketing strategy through multiple channels.

*Driving traffic to 3 individual websites.
*You will have a strong experience in strategy definition and customer acquisition across Digital and Direct channels, working seamlessly with the Sales teams.
*Manage the creation and production of marketing materials across different mediums (including digital)
*Proven ability in managing agency relationships (SEO, PPC, Affiliates)
*Sound commercial understanding and analysis skills.
*Experience of cross-channel campaigns including social with demonstrable results.
*Understanding of CRM strategies and campaign management.
*Ability to execute a content marketing strategy with strong copywriting skills.
*To be a brand guardian and assist in promoting the business to wider audiences.

Marketing Manager - Skills and Competencies

*A minimum of 2 years' experience delivering fully integrated, multi-channel Marketing Campaigns.
*Excellent planning and organisation skills
*Good interpersonal and communication skills
*Good team working skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
*Budgetary management skills
*Flexibility, creativity and open to new ideas.
*A commercial approach and ability to substantiate ideas to the leadership team.
*An ability to focus on customer service and build business relationships.
*Experience of using social media for marketing purposes.
