Senior Integrated Producer
The Senior Integrated Producer is responsible for running the creative and production processes. They will work on some other our top clients, as well as some other smaller accounts. They will work closely with the account team and operations (Resource). They will have a good understanding of Print, Digital and Broadcast disciplines.
Working closely with the account team you will create overall master timing plan for multi stream projects for the lifecycle of the project and create production budgets within our account system, ensuring our internal process is adhered to and that reviews/ approvals for creative brief happen
You will need to be great with creative teams and account teams alike, and also be able to work directly with Clients. Hard working and passionate about creative and producing the best product you can. Process is key and someone who really respects and understands that although creative needs freedom, it also needs to follow a framework and process to allow great creative to thrive.
Key responsibilities & competencies
" Work with the BD on planning upcoming campaigns to ensure briefs and feedback arrive for each deliverable as required
" Keeping abreast of risk status of live projects, and enable smooth delivery against changing priorities
" Hands on project management and production
" Working closely with the in-house studio as well as external suppliers for campaigns
" Mentoring junior members of the team
" Produce of overall campaign timing plans and estimates
" Ensuring adequate QC process of all deliverables is adhered to
" Running daily scrums for large multiple work steam projects
" Responsible for writing and managing production statement of works and change requests
" Responsible for art buying and retouching
" Managing all production for 'asset creation' working along side specialists producers such as TV and Content
" Policing image supply and usage extensions/expiries for your clients
" First point of contact on print supplier relationships
" Displays leadership and calmness throughout projects internally and with our clients
" Working with Head of Ops to continually develop and streamline the process for our main clients
" Ensure out of scope projects and overages are communicated to Account team/Client upfront to maximise recovery of hours
" Carry out project wash-ups alongside Head of Ops, and react to recurring issues through agreed adjustments to process
" Drives production innovation
" Client facing and management
" Experience relevant track record in executing campaigns across multiple platforms.
" Experience of fast paced, reactive retail accounts
" Good understanding of process and production for all aspects of digital - including display, programmatic, CRM and social platforms and some web platform builds such as word press and campaign sites
" Understanding of all print production such a POS, press, outdoor and DM
" Good understanding of photography shoots and understanding of retouching process
" Content production experience a bonus, but not essential
" Proven experience of a similar client facing role
" Excellent financial acumen
" Ability to produce quality work under the pressure of tight timings
" Good attention to detail
" Must demonstrate proactivity at all times
" Be willing to share your experience where relevant and when it adds to the offering to the client.
" Be unafraid to ask questions and have an innate ability to identify and manage project risk
" Experience in using smarsheets /project plan for your timings or something similar to ensure timings are adhered to
" Experience of Maconomy is a bonus but not mandatory.
