Leading award winning ATL / Integrated agency are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their team.
Project Management is central to this agencies internal processes, running the project from the initial creative brief right through creative development and working with specialist producers to final delivery across all advertising comms.
Project Managers are wholly responsible for ensuring that projects are not only delivered on time and on budget but reflect the agency’s high creative standards. Increasingly client facing with ownership and responsibility for timings, logistics and production matters working with specialist producers

•Proven experience of managing multimedia projects
•Solid knowledge of print production (studio, retouching, repro)
•Experience in art buying

Day to day responsibilities
•Ownership of timings and production matters
•A driving force behind the account, owning the internal processes and delivery aspects of the project
•Setting and attending kick offs, creative briefings and reviews
•Pulling together specialists such as digital and TV producers on multichannel briefs to drive collaboration and efficiencies
•Creation and maintenance of timing plans including multiple channel projects and third parties
•Financial management - creation and tracking of estimates through to final reconciliation
•Adding value to the creative process by providing inspiration and facilitating access to both internal and external talent, techniques and technology.
•Assessing feasibility and obtaining necessary signoffs from team members and production heads
