Leading award winning ATL agency are looking for 2 X Project Managers to join their growing department.
Project Management is central to the agencies internal processes, running the project from the initial creative brief right through creative development and working with specialist producers to final delivery across all advertising comms.
Project Managers are wholly responsible for ensuring that projects are not only delivered on time and on budget but reflect the agency's high creative standards.
Increasingly client facing with ownership and responsibility for timings, logistics and production matters working with specialist producers
Required skills

oProven experience of managing multimedia projects
oSolid knowledge of print production (studio, retouching, repro)
oExperience in art buying

Day to day responsibilities
oOwnership of timings and production matters
oA driving force behind the account, owning the internal processes and delivery aspects of the project
oSetting and attending kick offs, creative briefings and reviews
oPulling together specialists such as digital and TV producers on multichannel briefs to drive collaboration and efficiencies
oCreation and maintenance of timing plans including multiple channel projects and third parties
oFinancial management - creation and tracking of estimates through to final reconciliation
oAdding value to the creative process by providing inspiration and facilitating access to both internal and external talent, techniques and technology.
oAssessing feasibility and obtaining necessary signoffs from team members and production heads
