So you'll need to be confident scamping ideas and debating concepts, along with also having the ability to jump on a mac and work concepts up into initial designs.
From brand pieces and proper strategic concepts through to campaigns driven by influence, social media and everything in between you'll be adept at shaping an idea that compels people to want what you're talking about.
You'll be comfortable working alongside a small conceptual team. We may be asking for a lot but this agency sets the bar high and rightly so. It's seen them grow at pace, win work and awards against some of the UK's best, whilst building a team and culture that really is second to none.
As an Art Director we'll need you to bring true creative vision and have a first class conceptual ability.
Ideally as an Art Director you'll have experience of integrated marketing activity, but the primary requirement is your ability to produce stunning concepts that translate seamlessly across all channels, through the line.
