Junior UX Researcher
Major Players seek a Junior UX Researcher to join one of the leading and growing consultancies to some of the largest and internationally renowned brands.
The client is a leader in its space, offering a unique proposition whereby large amounts of UX Research data can be collected through remote testing. They are technologically advanced, offering tools and accompanying expertise and strategic recommendations for clients in both testing and formative concept and prototype development. Through their unique offering and expertise in the field, they have acquired unquestionably the world's most successful and renowned client roster across retail, telecoms, automotive and financial services. They are medium sized and have offices internationally in UK, Europe and the USA and continue to grow through their ongoing success. This is a junior position for someone with 1-3 years experience within UX Research, qualitative methodologies. They are looking for someone to join the growing qualitative department to mediate remote user testing sessions, but have eagerness or at least interest to learn some quantitative methodologies and testing also in order to best understand the agency's full proposition. The projects range from simple testing studies to proposition development, thinking strategically and advising what approach of research and testing would allow results which best reach the clients' objectives. You will be in the research team of around 14 people and will work closely with the sales team who manage the client relationships. You will be curious, eager to learn and able to work in a dynamic environment which changes regularly.
