Account Director (Charity Clients) – Superb Agency – Central London – to £55k

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a strong Account Director to join this stunning agency’s account team.

The agency specialise in working with not for profit / charity accounts and work is genuinely integrated, including DRTV.

The Agency

The agency are an established award winning digital and direct creative agency who work across all marketing channels.

They are around 50 people in size and have a real mix of skill sets, personality and experience offering an honest, supportive and nurturing culture.

They have the classic creative agency set-up with a strong account management team, planning, creative and Head of Delivery.

Plus an in-house TV Production facility, Project Managers, front-end and back-end developers and a UX Lead.

As above, they are one of the top agency’s in the fundraising sector and they work with many of the UK’s top charity clients.

The Account Director Required

You will need to be fully versed in planning and bringing strategic support to accounts, passionate about driving results and building strong relationships with clients.

The agency have a strong team and are looking to add weight to the existing Account Managers and support to the Head of Account Management, who you will report into.

You need to possess at least one year’s Account Director experience – they are not looking for a SAM looking to step up.

Fundraising experience would be ideal but it isn’t essential - as would DRTV experience - but core experience in online and offline direct marketing IS required for this amazing role.

Account Director Role Requirements

The Account Director’s primary purpose will be to direct and take control of the client relationship on a day-to-day level.

The focus will be on leading fundraising clients, but this won’t be exclusive as new business wins are achieved.

The Account Director will need to step back and plan as well as be at the heart of the development of the strategic and creative work, thereby seizing opportunities to drive new business and become an integral part of the client’s team.

Salary & Benefits

The salary will be commensurate with experience and up to £55k – agency benefits are extensive too.
