This role will have full autonomy and responsibility for our iconic brands within the UK.

Key responsibilities:

  • Working directly with the Category, Shopper, Sales and Supply teams, using insights to identify strategy and marketing comms for UK market
  • Leading, developing and executing the portfolio and brand strategy, vision and plans
  • Brand activation, execution and campaign evaluation
  • Working with the sales team to drive the brand agenda within the business and engage with key customers to motivate and excite
  • Identifying and managing new product development opportunities and innovation pipeline management
  • Influencing and supporting the global requirements for the brands in the UK
  • Agency management
  • Effectively managing and controlling an allocated marketing budget

About you:
You will have a proven background as a high performing Brand Manager/ SBM within the FMCG sector, having managed the complete brand strategy. You’ll be a strategic thinker who will make things happen, in turn driving our brand awareness and sales. You will be a skilled influencer who can influence and challenge at all levels. Your energy and drive will be infectious and you’ll love sharing your expertise with colleagues and confident in presenting to internal and external stakeholders at all levels.  You will be proactive and able to deliver in a busy environment and possess good knowledge of continuous research databases in addition to using insights to inform decisions. You’ll have had previous exposure to the UK grocery market and have a good understanding of the key drivers within these channels
