One of the most exciting London based agencies are looking for a Producer to join their team. Our client works with some of the greatest and largest retail and fashion companies and really focus on understanding their client’s issues so they can offer solutions through services such as branding and strategy, photography, digital, studio and production, CGI and creative. In this role, you will be responsible for the end to end production of shoots, working closely alongside the client services team to ensure all clients’ needs are met. You will be briefed by the Client Services team and work with them to develop a strategy for the client, contributing your technical, production and photography knowledge. You will then work closely with the Creative, Photography, Video, Post Production, Finance and Commercial teams to make sure everything is in place to run smoothly. Your main responsibilities will include preparing briefs, delivering briefs to the creative and post-production teams, preparing shoot schedules, timelines and call sheets, organising set builds, prop sourcing, scouting locations, arranging UK permits for shoots and preparing images for retouching. You will also be responsible for helping to organise hair and make up artists, models and castings. It’s important for you to ensure that budget, schedule and style guides are adhered to throughout production. Externally, you will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and agencies. This role also comes with the opportunity to manage and develop Production Co-ordinators within the team which is a great opportunity for progression and growth within the agency.  

To be considered for this exciting role you must have previous fashion or photography experience, a great knowledge of production and have worked within an agency before. It’s important for you to have a technical understanding of production/post-production and basic agency processes so you can hit the ground running. Our client is looking for somebody with a can-do attitude, bubbly, happy and positive in personality as well as strong and resilient in nature. With this role you could at times be managing up to 10 shoots at a time so a great opportunity for you to take on a lot of responsibility and excel within the team.
