Head of Brand
I am supporting one of my favourite clients in the search for an interim Head of Brand for an initial 6 month period. The role is an amazing opportunity to join the organisation in a senior leadership role and work with the Director of Marketing on the development of the organisations Brand & Marketing strategy. The role is paying £65,000 - £75,000 on a fixed-term-contract basis.
This amazing youth focused Not-for-Profit brand have been going from strength to strength since their creation in 2011/2012 and now have a really strong brand position which they are looking to continue to improve.
The post holder will manage a multifunctional marketing team of 4 direct reports and wider team of 15 covering advertising, creative/content , media planning and buying, brand research and provider communications. Alongside this you will develop and deliver the annual marketing & brand strategy, deliver integrated campaigns to support this years recruitment targets and manage a number of external agency relationships.
Ideal candidates will display:
- Extensive brand management or integrated marketing experience
- A track record of delivering brand strategy development
- Experience in delivering integrated marketing campaigns
- Significant line management experience
- Agency management experience
- Experience working in a complex organisation, managing a range of stakeholder relationships
