We're working on a fantastic opportunity for someone to develop their career in mobile advertising at an innovative adtech company.

They are an international company who are now well established in the UK, and now with ambitious plans to expand their London team in 2018. They have developed a strong reputation with agencies and clients, and now have traction with a high number of brand campaigns.

They support app developers by building monetisation tools (through in-app advertising and rewards) alongside acquisition tools (app store optimisation and audience acquisition tools) and finally engagement and analytics tools to understand and manage audience profiles. These tools and are across thousands of popular app develops, with the technology installed on hundreds of millions of mobile devices.

Essentially, they create solutions for app developers to effectively target their customer base and then serve extremely relevant advertising based on their unique data. This allows brands to confidently advertise to these users, with the ability to reach over 800m unique users every month across all global territories.

This is where you come in.

They are looking for an experienced advertising optimisation professional; someone who has experience across campaign management, campaign analysis, and crucially campaign optimisation. This is an opportunity to use your initial experience to step into a role with more responsibility and autonomy at Optimisation Manager level.

The role includes everything across advertising campaign management; supporting the set-up & launch, taking the lead on optimisation, and then to final reporting. This also ties in with the technical team, helping them to manage the tech and campaign set up that will help the optimisation process.

This role is working in a small team, and so you'll gain huge exposure to a wide variety of areas. You'll be working with a local team in London, whilst also working with global stakeholders on international campaigns.

The finer responsibilities of the role include;

  • Support the setup, management, and optimisation of full campaigns, from integration through to launch
  • Run inventory analysis and support for global region analysis
  • Manage campaign orders
  • Full campaign optimization and management
  • Producing reports evaluating and tracking campaign results
  • Monitor campaign performance and results to exceed monthly targets
  • Troubleshooting of any operational issues

A key point to mention is that they have their own proprietary technology and systems, with in-depth materials for you to quickly get up to speed. As such, they do not need particular systems experience, and can provide full training for the systems.
