The Business Director role

The Business Director role is a board position and provides an ideal opportunity to become a future agency leader as the agency looks to develop its succession plan.
 
The Business Director will be responsible for the agency’s biggest client group handling a £2m+ gross income across an exciting FMCG portfolio and a sports based account; a third of this is international and the agency is the creative lead on these fully integrated accounts.  The mix includes TV, social media, PR, shopper, brand development and experiential.  The accounts have grown exponentially year on year and there is a good relationship with the client.
 
The Business Director will be responsible for coaching and developing a client service team comprising a GAD, 2 x ADs, 3 x AMs (with further additions planned).
 
The Business Director will report into a Managing Partner.

The agency is looking for a Business Director with tangible creative passion and   ambition.   The role would suit a Business Director who is a good self-starter with a proven track record in growing the client’s business and inspiring the team.

As the role offers the potential for future agency management, it goes without saying that the Business Director needs to be armed with new thinking and ideas to impact the agency.
