We are leading specialist digital marketing agency providing advertising, creative, insights & analytics, strategy and technology solutions. In 2017, we created and ran digital advertising campaigns in over 100 countries, for clients from 15 nations.
We are 150 strong with offices in Brighton, Portsmouth, London, China and New York.
The Account Director (Europe) Opportunity:
The Account Director (Europe) is the lead on a mix of key strategic partners and transactional clients within their business unit and ensures that these clients are profitable and growing. They take overarching responsibility for the delivery of quality work across the group's services that meets the client's needs and addresses their strategic business challenges.
Account Directors also have overall responsibility for their business units revenue, profitability, and quality of work. Account Directors have responsibility for their pod’s staff development and productivity.
Our European Account Director would be expected to help devise and lead on strategy for new business developments in Europe and within this should expect regular European travel arranging and conducting meetings with existing clients and new prospects.
+ Contribute to any European Strategic Partner proposals and bids
+ Structure Strategic Partner pitch presentations and run pitch with other key business members contributing.
+ Create individual Client Development Plans
+ Create and deliver (where necessary) Quarterly Business Review (QBRs)
+ Run Strategic Client Workshops
+ Maximise growth on original bid/ proposal amount and forecast Strategic Partner revenue
Please note, this is just a sample of tasks and other responsibilities will fall under this role.

Account Director Required Knowledge and Experience:
+ Management experience
+ Experience working with high level business contacts to meet strategic challenges
+ Proven track record of building and securing new business especially by leading on the development of a new area/sector
+ Knowledge of the European education and/or marketing sector
+ Degree educated
+ In-depth knowledge of strategic marketing
+ In-depth knowledge of the modern marketing landscape
+ Commercially minded + Leadership qualities + Calmness + Excellent communication skills + Problem analysis and problem solving + Technically minded + The ability to delegate + Ability to multitask + High stress tolerance + Self-Motivated + Attention to detail + Good Mathematical skills + Strategically minded + Outcome focused.
