Professional services marketer needed to drive the marketing function of an award-winning consultancy.

Marketing Manager - £60,000-£70,000 - London

You will be working for an award-winning strategy and transformation consultancy in Mayfair. You will be commercially-minded and comfortable operating at a strategic level as well as taking a practical, hands-on approach to implementation of marketing activity.

Your priorities will be to support lead generation within a highly sales-driven environment and to increase brand awareness and engagement. You will have line management responsibility for three and help tangibly impact the firm's market position, taking the business on a journey to greater marketing maturity. Responsibilities include:

- implementing FY18/19 marketing plan, quarterly reviews, updates and revisions to this plan and available marketing spend, and ongoing budget management
- development of future marketing plans and budgets
- ensuring all staff understand core brand and proposition messages
- working as part of a working group of four tasked with driving key initiatives to help grow and professionalise the firm. You will be responsible for the work stream looking at "Professionalising the brand"
- providing weekly and monthly reports and information for sales calls and meetings, and running the monthly marketing meetings to ensure maximum value for participants (Partners and sales directors)
- management pre-, at and post marketing events, including corporate hospitality, dinners and conference/speaking events
- implementation of new event formats and securing high profile speakers
- implementing rebrand across all key touchpoints and helping to build the firm's external profile and brand consideration
- building momentum behind thought leadership initiatives and the production of new articles and blog posts
- assisting Partners (sector leads) with lead generation and direct marketing campaigns, as well as ongoing review, refresh and articulation of key propositions
- managing a website redesign, including SEO implementation
- growing social media presence, primarily on LinkedIn

You MUST have:
- previous recent marketing experience in professional services (law, accountancy, management consultancy)
- experience working in a small business environment is highly desirable, as well as experience working as a solo marketeer
- broad marketing experience including managing a brand refresh
- previous experience managing or having been involved in a new website build
- end-to-end management experience for a variety of marketing and sales events
- experience with a CRM system
