Senior Account Manager – Fabulous Agency – Central London – To £40k

This truly stunning Central London agency is looking for a (strategic) Senior Account Manager to work on one of its most prestigious client accounts on genuinely integrated and core eCRM and content campaigns.

The agency is the direct arm of a global advertising agency and specialises in digital, CRM and direct marketing.

The Senior Account Manager role

The team working on this account is tight-knit and fast-paced. They are looking for a Senior Account Manager to work across multiple projects and help drive the overall programme of work.

The agency have a strong client relationship and their aim is to ensure they partner with them to deliver exceptional impactful communications that achieve standout results.

They are seeing great success already and want to build on this with innovation in their channel, by leveraging data insights and ensuring impactful creative. In this role you will have full ownership of your projects, and be responsible for the execution from brief to delivery. 

In addition, you will be required to support the Account Director on the day-to-day client management.

The Key Projects

The role is based within the CRM team and much of the activity they are currently working on relates to customer communications served to people appropriately and relevantly in their journey.

Their projects are based on the customer lifecycle including welcome, lead management, early life and cross-sell programmes. The role of these programmes is to steward and nudge customers through their relationship with the brand.

Predominantly email, they are also working with the client on the onward journeys and content from these programmes. 

As part of the cross-partnership team, alongside social, PR, retail, and ATL the agency deliver two-three large integrated campaigns per year which are TTL activities.

Over the last year too, they have been getting more involved in the customer journey within the marketing website and they are looking at interventions to drive signup, as well as interactive 'games' to support customer profiling. This continues to be an area of focus.

The Senior Account Manager Required

You will be a strategic minded self-starter, with bags of personality and ambition, but also with an ability to roll your sleeves up and support the team in whatever is needed. 

You will be inquisitive and tenacious in sniffing out new opportunities and positive in your approach, but also happy delivering excellent work for existing clients.

An ability to juggle multiple projects and clients, keep calm under pressure and manage up as well as down, are key skills needed.

You will have an appreciation for creative, its interpretation and be skilled in the communication of this.

You will have experience and be comfortable in working with cross-functional teams, agency partners and ideally have integrated agency experience.
