Media Agency? (I wouldn't call them that, but I'm not sure what I'd call them, other than new & awesome) London, up to £45K (DOE)
This is a pretty cool role because this agency isn't like your normal WPP, Omnicom etc. it's more than that and an agency that's built for now, not for the past. They specialise in multiple areas from Video Production, influencer marketing to media planning and buying & data & analytics.
Now this role sits in their media distribution division that is focused on all "paid media" channels (digital only). Having a background in "paid" is non-negotiable, if you've not been doing it for years' then this role won't be right, sorry.
Based out of a fancy looking/start-up type building in old street, they have just reached 50 people here in the UK and have over 800 based out of the US, so they're growing at a fairly good rate. They have an inspirational leader who is very well known across YouTube & LinkedIn and wants to continually innovate and develop his agency!
They are a "Modern" business with flexible working, unlimited holiday and all the benefits that make you want to go to work in the morning. Supporting the Director of Media, you'll be the new technology & digital platforms guru for the agency. You'll be able to deliver high quality media plans, but all be able to execute, manage and optimise all campaigns (with the obvious support of your team).
However, you will have to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in using a variety of platforms, so being able to optimise and have experience in the Google/DoubleClick tech stack is a huge plus!
We're describing this person as the "Tech Wizz", someone who can manage all the ad tech vendors, work with all the new platforms including the Amazon Advertising Platform and solve integral client clients and briefs.
I think that sums it up pretty well!
