The Agency

Young and incredibly fast-growing, this exciting agency has more than tripled in size in the last 2 years. The agency works firmly in the corporate/B2B space, delivering digital content and communications campaigns for an impressive array of global clients in the Technology, Professional services, Finance and automotive sectors (among others). Their 30-strong team is comprised of Journalists, editors, content and PR specialists who are highly respected for their award-winning campaigns. The agency works out of stylish offices in an excellent Buckinghamshire locale. A simple walk from the train station and a stone's throw from the M25, the role is easily commutable from London or the surrounding area. They have big plans to continue their current growth trajectory and due to new clients wins they are in need of an experienced Account Manager.

The Role

As an account manager, you'll be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, managing a small team and ensuring expectations are exceeded. It's an exciting time to join and the role offer outstanding prospects for growth moving forward as well as the chance to work with some high-profile clients. Responsibilities include:

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, running the day-to-day delivery of work to meet or exceed client expectations within hours and budgets available, delegating work to Content Producers and Junior Content Producers wherever possible and appropriate.
  • Provide leadership, support, and mentoring to members of the team.
  • Keep Account Directors fully updated on all aspects of client work to ensure the account team can speak with one voice to clients at any time.
