Production Executive – Events and Experiential Production

Job Title: Production Executive

Location: Fulham, London

Duration: 6 Months (With the potential to extend)

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: Negotiable dependent on experience

Working Hours: Full Time

Electric Live are looking for a Production Executive to join a dynamic, close-knit team to assist with the planning and delivery of a variety of brand activations and events throughout the year. Current projects involve the production of a UK wide festival brand activation tour and the full event management of a large-scale music festival.

As Production Executive your role will involve providing constant support to both the experiential production and event management teams across a variety of tasks ensuring the successful planning, delivery and evaluation of a range of projects. Throughout the summer you will also be required to provide on-site support at all events across the UK.

The ideal client will have at least 2 years experience in an account executive role in event management or brand activation.

Reporting directly into the Project Director and Production Managers key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the delivery of all experiential production and event management projects across the summer
  • Assisting with the production of event documentation for key stakeholders
  • Support and assist with the administrative and logistical duties of Electric Live, including diary management, travel booking, budget tracking, setting up and managing effective resources and databases, follow-up with team on outstanding team tasks to ensure activation, feeding back status on tasks
  • Liaising with digital, design and brand partnerships departments to develop proposal and evaluation documents
  • Assisting with client quotations
  • Developing project plans alongside Project Director and Production Managers
  • Building and developing relationships with key clients, agencies and suppliers
  • Attending project update meetings with clients
  • Assisting with other tasks across the group of companies where necessary including brand partnership fulfillment
  • Assisting team members to ensure website and social media content is kept up to date

Key Skills:

  • A passion for music and outdoor events is a must
  • Minimum 2 years experience in the events industry
  • Experience in project management and/or events management preferred
  • Experience dealing directly with a variety of clients
  • Ability to use your own initiative and manage your time effectively to ensure tight deadlines are met 
  • Good working knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Strict attention to detail
  • Strong presentation skills
