Account Director - Sports Platform- Programmatic Sales

This position is working for a hugely popular sports platform. Based in the heart of London, the team has grown dramatically over the past couple of years.

They are one of the leading digital sites in terms of brand safety performance & viewability; offfering nearly 30m pre rolls a month!

THE ROLE:

The crux of this role is to establish programmatic solutions across the site and maximise revenue opportunities:

  • Maintain and grow existing business; secure new business by building exceptional channels of communication with ATD, advertisers and AV teams.
  • Ensure that all potential demand sources are aware of the proposition within specific territory
  • Build out PMP / PG packages that meet the needs of the DSPs and ATD's
  • Develop data led PMP's where relevant
  • Build exceptional internal relationships with the analyst, ops and creative teams to maximise output for the business.
  • Monitor marketplace trends to surface new opportunities for growth and present findings to internal stakeholders and recommend action
  • Develop a strong network of contacts across the ecosystem, primarily Aegis, IPG and OMG.

To apply for this role you must posses the below:

  • Programmatic sales experience or at least a thorough understanding (this could be from a media owner, tech platform or agency)
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering against quota and excelling in a highly competitive market
  • Strong knowledge of industry trends, technologies and pricing models, header bidding, price priority & DFP a must.
  • Experience with Mobile and Apps is desired
