AV Manager

We are looking for an extraordinarily talented AV Manager to take our videos and podcasts to the next level. We have the most inspiring, human and compelling stories to tell. Do you have the vision and drive to make sure those stories are told far and wide?

About the role

Reporting to the Head of Communications and Engagement, you will create and implement our AV strategy to ensure our AV content engages and resonates with our target audiences to help us bring about change.

You will also manage the day-to-day production of outstanding audio and visual content across all our channels, with a focus on content designed specifically for social media and digital distribution, both paid and organic.

In line with our communications and brand strategies, and working in partnership with your colleagues in the Communications and Engagement Team, you will ensure we are maximising opportunities to engage new and existing supporters - helping to significantly grow the number of people we reach and in turn the number of people mobilised around our campaigns.

About you

You need to know how to tell stories and how to tell those stories across different channels. A strong background in managing the production of campaigning, advertisement and/ or educational content is essential. As is your ability to use social media channels to attract large audiences. You’ll build solid relationships with colleagues and external agencies, so your communication skills must be second-to-none. Passionate and organised, with a strong creative flair, you will bring innovation to every project.

You should be able to juggle multiple projects at once, and kick-start new projects in a busy work environment. We’re looking for someone with an eagerness to experiment with new methods of storytelling, and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.

About us

Our aim is simple: an end to human rights abuses. Independent, international and influential, we campaign for justice, fairness, freedom and truth wherever they are denied. We are a movement of more than 7 million people that has brought about extraordinary change.  Because of our campaigning thousands of people have been freed from prison, executions have been stopped, war criminals brought to justice, lives saved. Fancy a bit of that?

If you think you have the skills and drive to help us in the fight for human rights we want to hear from you.
