When I started this agency from my attic in 2011, I had just £76 to my name.
With an unwavering persistence and determination to drum up new business, however, I turned that £76 into what is now a full-service, national advertising agency worth £11m. As for that attic? Well, I now split my time between offices in Cardiff and London, the former voted the UK’s second coolest.
And, thanks to work for clients such as Bounce Energy Balls, Airbus, UEFA, Iceland, Deliveroo, Kabuto Noodles, Spectrum Collections, NFU and MotoNovo, S3’s awards cabinet has enjoyed a fair bit of growth, too.
Although too numerous to list them all, notable awards include 2017 Entrepreneur of the Year (Natwest Great British Entrepreneur Awards), 2016 Advertising Agency of the Year (The Drum Network Awards) and being ranked #1 for Client Satisfaction (The Drum Digital Census), the latter three years in a row.
But, just like the New Business Directors I’m looking to employ, I’m hungry for more.
Hungry for more national clients. Five more of them by October 2018, and 15 more by March 2019 in fact. Hungry to further cement S3’s position as London’s most disruptive, full-service ad agency.
Hungry to, come 2019, make S3 an international player, adding an overseas office to burgeon the agency’s worldwide presence.
To help S3 achieve all this, I’m looking to recruit extremely accomplished, New Business Directors immediately. And, if you’re still reading, this is where you could come in.
You’ll be tasked with selling S3’s full-service, integrated approach package to both national and international clients.
Working from home initially, you’ll be rewarded with a basic salary of circa £70k, a 50% commission structure and uncapped OTE.
