The Role

The Programmatic Trading Director, will be responsible for overseeing all programmatic and data activities including managing the Trading Team and Tech Operations Team. 

Main Responsibilities  

•    Managing the performance and development of all Traders, Tech Ops and Trading Managers.

•    Developing and setting targets for members of the trading team, monitoring performance and suggesting areas of improvement. 

•    Motivating the Trading and Tech Operations Team as a team leader 

•    Taking ownership and lead strategic relationships with technology vendors, inventory sources, publishers and data partners.

•    Working with Client Services on opportunities to improve products and services.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital trading and specific experience within the programmatic ecosystem.

Key Skills

•    Be comfortable working directly with key clients to develop tailored partnership strategies and providing education to wider client teams.

•    Ability to build strong and excellent relationships with clients and members of your team

•    Believe in your own ideas and have the business acumen to stand by them

•    Positive nature with a natural ability to deliver work to an excellent standard
