Social Listening Manager | Clientside | Retail | £40-45k
This role sits within their Content Centre of Excellence, which overlooks and analyses all marketing content both online and offline. As one of the UK's leading retailers, you will see their content everywhere, on your news feed, on a magazine shelf through to when you're walking past a billboard. They also design and write personalised direct mail through to their consumers making their content reach is incomparable. As their social media attention has rocketed over the recent years, they're now looking for a senior social listening analyst to join and lead the small team.
Leading this team will involve direct line management of 1-2 employees and making the decisions that will drive the business' performance. These decisions include direct liaison with the external agencies as well as the hands-on analysis, deriving the insights from social media listening and creatively delivering insights that will have direct impact upon the company.
