We're working with a leading retailer whose vision is to become every customer's favourite place to shop, both online and offline. As with every company, they need to understand why people choose to shop at the places they do amongst the competition. This role is to harness this information, understanding the reasoning behind actions and then utilising this to drive customer satisfaction across the business.
The role will primarily focus on ad-hoc projects, so having an understanding of what to prioritise due to the market is key. The data you will use will continuously come from Kantar, IRI and dunnhumby and it will help you utilise and review brand performance, this key data is provided for you to create a clear story and recommendations regarding the brand's position in the market. Throughout this role, you will gain the opportunity to be a key support contact where building strong and trusted relationships are essential. Overall, it's an opportunity to use your analytical skills in a more impactful environment, you will derive insight and then directly implement this into actionable recommendations.
