New Business Director – London £80K + commission + great benefits

A leading global company who are specialists in loyalty marketing and CRM are looking for someone to drive new business and win new accounts to add to their strong portfolio.

  • You will help define the strategy to identify and drive new business, creating and manage a pipeline of new business across both the UK and Europe
  • Raise the profile of the loyalty agency proposition
  • Build strong relationships with new business contacts and create meetings for the relevant agency teams
  • Work with the marketing team to ensure marketing material and PR is aligned with new business aims 
  • Work with the agency team on RFI, RFP, pitch documents and presentations
  • Manage and support a New Business Manager

New Business Director – You  

  • You are an energetic self-starter who is driven to create new business opportunities and would be excited to join a leading provider of loyalty marketing solutions.
  • You have solid experience and understanding of the CRM and loyalty marketing industry
  • You have a proven track record in developing new business and raising the profile and presence of an agency
  • You have the gravitas, credibility and ability to present the agency offering to marketing directors, loyalty and CRM directors at blue chip companies
  • You are innovative, have imagination, flair and strong commercial acumen, and can build strong relationships both internally and externally.



This is an exciting role to work in the loyalty space for an agency in a New Business Director role. The salary is around £80K plus commission and great benefits.
