Our client are at the forefront of global travel and specialise in holidays for those who are looking for a truly distinctive experience. I'm searching for a Marketing Analyst to take responsibility for marketing analysis across all territories and brands.

This role is crucial to the business as customer insight and performance results drives everything they do. This role reports into the Marketing director and you'll be leading the Marketing analysis team

General Responsibilities

  • Lead the marketing data & analyst team of 2 to deliver:
    • Marketing Analysis
    • Customer & Marketing Analysis/profiling (e.g. buyer behaviour, marketing channel deep dive, retention rates by cohort)
    • Propensity modelling/predictive analysis & holdback analysis & A/B tests
    • Competitor intelligence & brand tracking
  • Personally deliver performance analysis to champion marketing payback & growth strategies:
    • You'll need to be an expert on marketing attribution & sales modelling and pulling out key insights and actions.
    • Build forward forecasts by marketing channel
    • Monthly payback reports, adding cost to the above for each marketing channels to quantify the ROI, providing both detailed breakdown as well dashboard summary
    • Single customer view quality control

About you…

  • Previous experience in similar role with solid experience with database software, SQL and a strong user of MS Excel
  • Experience building marketing attribution models across online and offline activity, with natural desire to produce the most accurate view possible
  • Demonstrable building successful direct marketing analysis & strategies and delivering plans across retention and acquisition
  • Insight & action base analyst familiar with interrogating databases to analyse customer and marketing behaviour
  • Experience with web tools such as Omniture & Google Analytics
  • Familiar with using propensity scores & models
  • Obsessed about applying customer insight and performance results
