Senior Brand Strategist - The Role 

The team are on the lookout for a Senior Brand Strategist – or a brand strategist looking to make that move to senior. The role is based in London but you’ll be seen as part of the international team, working cohesively with strategists, creatives and client service people in other international offices.

Senior Brand Strategist - Main responsibilities 

– Lead all phases of work in a branding project through research, analysis and rationalisation of content, conceptualisation, development, etc
– Responsible for the direction setting, conceptual development and actual delivery of the brand strategy
– Manage 3-4 mid-sized projects autonomously
– Support and supervise other strategists in their delivery by providing guidance and focus
– Primary point of contact for the client strategy-wise. Manage client expectations and act accordingly
– Engage and hold trusted relationships with other functions; including Design, Project Management, New Business and Finance
– Responsible of delivering work on brief, time and budget
– Contribute to the creative and collaborative environment of the office

Senior Brand Strategist - Requirements

– 7-8 years’ experience in similar positions in the brand, communications, innovation or business consultancy industries
– Proven experience in brand disciplines: naming, positioning, brand architecture, experience, etc
– Proven experience taking ownership and responsibility of mid-sized projects
– Leads and supports strategic teams
– Client and result-oriented
– Has commercial understanding and awareness and develops business alongside the New Business team
– Ability to work under high-pressure, on multiple work streams and tight deadlines
– Management skills
– Advanced English level, both spoken and written (additional languages a plus)
