Head of Marketing Partnerships and Affiliates
My client - an extremely successful and fast growing fintech - is seeking to hire a Head of Marketing Partnerships and Affiliates, who'll lead a team of 6 experienced marketers. Reporting in to their Marketing Director, this role manages a budget of over £20m and plays a fundamentally important role to the business' growth agenda.
The company has experienced super fast growth. Over the last three years, the organisation has grown from 50 people to 300, and outgrown two offices. They have ambitions to float in the next 3 - 4 years, which means there's stacks of opportunity for accelerated career progression.
The successful candidate will have significant experience leading teams - you'll be passionate about people development. This role requires a great track record building, leading and managing commercially profitable marketing partnerships with affiliates / aggregators. Ideally you'll have experience in financial services (or another transferable industry). You'll be able to negotiate complicated contracts, working with internal and external stakeholders to create a result that works well for all parties. It's a prerequisite that the successful candidate has a really strong track record in digital, particularly online customer journeys.
