Customer Marketing Manager - Health and Fitness
My client is one of the fastest growing health and leisure businesses in the UK. Since launching their first branch in 2008, the company has grown exponentially and now have over 100 sites up and down the country. Since 2015's IPO, the company have continued with their significant growth ambitions, and have plans to open a further 20 sites in the next year. They now have 2.5m users and are seeking to acquire a further 500,000 over the next 12 months.
To support this exponential growth trajectory, my client has made a significant commitment to their investment in marketing. They've recently hired a number of outstanding marketing professionals, and are now looking to recruit a Customer Marketing Manager.
As the Customer Marketing Manager, your role will be to leverage the recent investment in their CRM capability and lead across all digital customer marketing (email, SMS, DSP and Social Media), as well as in-branch communications. You'll also be responsible for managing the more operational element of their customer marketing activity - the business has recently implemented Salesforce, which they'd be keen for the right candidate to be able to leverage to best effect.
We're looking for an experienced and ambitious BTL marketer, with the capability to approach a challenge strategically - but also someone who's happy to roll up their sleeves and execute. The organisation are very driven by data - so any successful recruit needs to have a really strong grasp on key business metrics, CPA/CTR etc, ensuring the business continues to see profitable ROI.
It would be highly advantageous for the successful incumbent to bring with them a strong track record of delivery in automated CRM, ideally from one of: an online retailer, a gaming site, a loyalty-driven business, utilities; financial services; or telco.
For the right candidate, this is a truly unique opportunity to join one of the fastest growing branch networks in the UK. With an established brand and a commitment to growth, there's massive potential for personal and professional development - both in the short and longer term. For a health and fitness enthusiast - this may well be the very best opportunity in the market right now!
