To make this work you'll ideally have a recent track record gained within a commercial CRM/data-led role or currently be in a senior client service role in a direct marketing/data/crm agency.
As the CRM account director, you'll live and breathe below the line marketing and be adept at using data to drive acquisition and ROI.
You'll also want to have fun, role your sleeves up when needed and as the CRM account director, lead from the front.
