Customer Insight Executive | Fashion Brand
Are you an agency researcher who is looking to move client-side? Or are you already client-side but looking to expand your skills and understanding of not only research and insights but also other areas of a business within brand and marketing? You'll also only need quant experience but will have the opportunity to work on both quant and qual research and be responsible for making recommendations that can drive growth and profitability through extracting key insights from the data. From moderating focus groups and conducting interviews to using their online customer panel to program and analyse surveys, no two days will be the same.
You'll be joining an insight-led organisation that is continuously trying to put the voice of their customer at the heart of their business decisions. Their aim is to consistently know who their customers are and how they can better target them; insights play a big part in this and how they can better tailor their marketing strategy.
All you need is a couple of years quantitative research experience, designing questionnaires, analysing reults and developing insights for clients.
