Account Managers x 3! – Boutique SE1 Agency – to £33k

This stunning boutique agency require not one but 3 new Account Managers as a result of a big increase in workload from three of their biggest client accounts.

You will work on a diverse range of activities including games, bespoke gifts, DM, email, social, video and more!

The Account Manager Roles

Team 1

This Account Manager will report into an Account Director. The team of 5 cover a range of accounts including entertainment, TV, airlines, charity and financial services.

The position focuses on CRM but in the widest sense. The clients you will work on have a highly targeted audience and good budgets which means the agency can be very innovative and targeted in the projects they deliver for them.

Whilst all projects sit under the CRM umbrella they are really diverse ranging from games, bespoke gifts, DM, email, social, video etc. These projects enable some big strategic thinking and big creative ideas too!

The team are looking for an Account Manager with patience, a fun attitude and someone who knows how to keep clients and projects moving. Someone who can also think strategically, identify opportunities, help grow the account and get things done.

Team 2

Two Account Managers are required for this team of 8 which manage accounts that include a supermarket chain (groceries, clothing and home). The challenge is to drive customers either in store or online to shop and increase their basket size by inspiring and incentivising them.

The agency deliver across all CRM channels including DM, email, till coupons, Apps social, digital and POS.

They are a close team that work together to make things happen so there are times when the Account Manager will be required to support on the other accounts in the team too so you can get experience across other clients.

They also work really closely with Strategy (to understand and apply the data and learnings, develop customer journeys, contact strategies and insights driven creative briefs) and the Creative team.

The team are looking for two Account Managers who can take ownership of their areas of the account, are passionate about what they do, eager to get under the skin of their clients business, willing to learn, solution focused and are thinkers as well as doers.

Salary and benefits

The salary for each position is up to £33k and the agency have some great benefits too including agency away days, summer and Xmas parties – there’s no end of ways to have fun at this agency!
