STRATEGIST - £40-£50K - LIVE EVENT AGENCY - PERM - LONDON

AGENCY
This agency is a leader in developing innovative, live marketing solutions to a variety of global brands and we're looking for an experienced candidate to bring strategic thinking and industry insights to the team, to help them imagine, design, build and deliver the best, award-winning experiences in the world!

You'll be working in close conjunction with the Client Services, Creative and Comms teams to plan and implement action plans to drive account growth, encourage innovation and ensure the agency are at the forefront of thought leadership while remaining on brand.

ROLE
As a pivotal member of the strategy team, you'll be providing the client service team with ongoing development of insights for any incoming leads and helping underpin the strategy and direction of proposals
You will support the development of client account planning and, as required, look for incremental revenue opportunities
Defining clear metrics to evaluate the achievement of client marketing objectives
Providing the Creative team with audience insight, gained through research of products and services
Working closely with creative and digital teams to provide insights for design and new technologies
Work with the Digital team providing them with supportive client/brand and audience insight for the development of social media/digital activation, as required


REQUIREMENTS
An understanding of and able to take direction on the implementation and development of consumer journey communications planning
Proven experience, gained within a in a communications role, with the ability to demonstrate consistent involvement in brand planning processes
Considerable experience ideally gained within an agency environment, with a focus on developing strategic insights and concepts, as well as event content development
Demonstrable understanding of general marketing and event marketing practices, terminology and strategy & planning methodologies
Excellent written communication skills, time management and ability to set and deliver own deadlines
Solid ability to transform research into actionable insights
