My client, a successful, high profile B2B agency in London are looking for a B2B star to head up the agency as Managing Director. This role requires leadership, strategy and determination. You will drive the agency strategy and develop client opportunity as well as empower the team and utilise your B2B industry network to raise the profile of the agency.                    

Overall Responsibilities

  • To be a strategic lead to set and drive the strategic vision of the agency.
  • To be the internal figurehead for the agency operating as key executive level decision maker.
  • To have high levels of accountability for crucial business decisions
  • To create a brand of choice for current and future employees and clients
  • To be the key spokesperson for the agency.
  • To communicate on behalf of the agency to employees, key clients and other stakeholders
