Executive/Personal Assistant (creative agency)
Enthusiastic, executive assistant needed
Our client is a leading independent corporate communications agency, they are looking to hire a talented executive assistant to support the MD.
The requirements are for someone to manage the diary and day to day needs of their MD - working closely with the HR manager. This role will also involve coordinating work reviews, arranging interviews, travel, looking after expenses and general PA duties. It will involve pulling together presentations, awards entries, credentials etc. Good ppt/keynote skills are essential as well as a good design eye.
In addition, a secondary role will to be the ‘go to person’ for the creative and strategy department helping out on various assignments.
Previous experience of office moves or refurbishment would be advantageous.
A ‘can do attitude’
Creative people are notoriously disorganised. A can-do attitude is essential as is a willingness to get involved and help out without being asked. Reliability, openness and accountability are important. The agency work quickly and efficiently so this role is important in ensuring that they maintain a close and collaborative relationship with other members of the agency and their clients.
The role is primarily an assistant but is a role that could grow and provide a great springboard for someone wanting to develop their knowledge in a creative agency.
The successful applicant will report directly to the MD.
