This is an exciting opportunity to work in a pivotal role within the Creative Team, driving the strategic direction of a wide range of innovative and exciting global brands, while growing the agency’s bottom line.

Creativity

  • Ability to give clear, innovative creative direction, both copy, design and strategic input
  • Use insights and data to create engaging digital campaigns spanning across all digital channels
  • Write concise short-form copy, tailoring tone of voice as required across content calendars and campaigns
  • Lead on big-bang ideation, convince the client its right for them and work with the Delivery team to see it through to success

Strategy

  • Analyse and interpret client business objectives
  • Spot opportunities to be proactive in developing strategic ideas to add value to our clients + grow account revenue
  • Provide external thought leadership on how mobile, digital and creative are fundamentally changing marketing and driving business results for brands
  • Nurture relationships at the most senior client level
  • Create/spot actionable insights across key accounts

Growth

  • Play the role of advocate for Creative Strategy within the agency, championing the work that you do, and why it is important for the agency
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities for new and existing clients
  • Work with the Senior Management Team on converting new business prospects
  • Attend events beneficial for agency growth and new business
  • Be involved in hiring and mentoring junior members of the team
  • Ultimately, be the catalyst that grows Catch’s strategic remit, resulting in a growth of the Creative Team

Requirements

In a previous role you may have held a title such as “Strategist” or “Creative”. You should have 4+ years experience in this role with demonstrable experience of the following;

  • Exceptional client facing skills and communication
  • Experience leading creative, marketing strategy and brand work with proven ROI
  • Expert level understanding of web trends and technologies
  • Expert ‘paid social’ strategy + implementation (Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Instagram)
  • Experienced in setup, monitoring and implementation of Google Analytics data
  • Expert knowledge in digital production lifecycle of digital campaigns, websites and apps
  • Experience on accounts with both significant web development + content marketing elements
  • Proven track record of converting new business pitches
  • Leadership, including Line Management and mentorship responsibilities
