An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a National Professional Services firm's award winning press office.The PR Manager, will deliver a comprehensive PR programme to highlight the firm's specialims and key strengths to the public and other key stakeholders. You will ensure that as many media outlets as possible, including national and regional broadcast, web and wires and print media, carry the latest news and comment from the firm. This will include:
-Ensure the organisations goals are met by implementing PR strategies which complement the business plans
-Taking responsibility for the day to day management of the press office acting as key contact for enquiries
-Manage the work of outsourced agency
*Research, write and distribute press releases to targeted media
*Generate and manage the flow of content for online sources and social, writing and editing in-house e-marketing newsletters, blogs
*Source and produce customer cases studies, testimonials and interview clients
*Manage the annual awards and directory submissions
*Undertakemarket research to formulate PR campaigns
*Assist with publicising CSR initiatives to foster community relations
*Have involvement in events, including seminars, exhibitions in order to maximise press coverage

The successful candidate will ideally have 5 years experience in a PR position in professional services sector or PR agency
Proven media exposure and ability to build relationships with media, colleagues and clients
Experience in all forms of social media to communicate with key stakeholders is beneficial
