Our client is looking for an experienced and conversion driven Head of Acquisition Marketing for this international organisation working in the digital marketing and online data sectors. The new Head of Marketing will be a pivotal role within the group ensuring best practices in all aspects of marketing, delivering ROI for the group of companies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accountability for the strategic plan, management and execution of all marketing initiatives
- To drive the digital marketing strategy whilst supporting the sales director and senior managers with planning and forecasting
- Deliver leads into the business through a demand generation marketing strategy.
- Create and implement customer acquisition plans for each of the organisation's solutions to deliver new prospective customers
- To use email campaign tools to create, deliver, and analyse email campaigns
- To design, create and deliver PPC campaigns with internal and external resources
- To ensure all campaigns are tracked, monitored and executed with pre and post campaign analysis using web tracking and analytics packages and implement changes based on this information for future campaigns
- Regular reporting is a must and will be linked to KPIs which you will be accountable for to the board of directors
- Manage full marketing budget for campaigns, events and PR.

Skills and Experience

- Degree or equivalent in Marketing or Business Studies
- At least 5 years digital marketing experience within a large organisation or leading agency (preferably within the digital space)
- Proven track record operating within senior level position
- Demonstrable experience in delivering ROI for B2B marketing campaigns
- Extensive knowledge of the digital landscape, both from a strategy and implementation perspective
- A proven track record in translating corporate objectives into business and digital strategies and managing a team to deliver these
- Proven experience of delivering an on line campaigns based on audience insight
- Awareness and interest in online trends, constantly creative and curious - hungry to learn of new developments in the digital space
