Made up of creatives, researchers and planners, they focus on human behaviour and turning research into strategic and creative recommendations for their clients in new and exciting ways, such as through an experiential event, packs or a new product.

The ideal candidate…
- Will be an experienced researcher, who has honed their skillset but is looking to spread their wings in a more creative, less traditional environment
- Will have experience putting together specs and guides as well as setting up focus groups, moderating and analysing
- Will be comfortable as a manager; whilst this person will have no direct reports, they will be the most senior researcher and have 2-3 people in their team to guide and help develop
- Will be in tune with current culture and keen to keep on top of current methodologies and trends in the industry
