Marketing Manager - £40,000-£45,000 plus benefits - London

Our client is the market leader in Employee Benefits and Incentives, and Expense Management. Their services are used by top FTSE companies down to thousands of SMEs.

Based in Central London you will be part of a fast paced and energetic marketing team that encourages training and development, and recognises personal achievements, innovation and creativity. They are expecting to hire a hands on marketer who relishes responsibility.

As b2b Marketing Manager, you will have a significant impact on demand generation by working with the wider team to plan and execute omni-channel marketing campaigns that drive engagement, lead generation and sales throughout the full funnel.

Specifically you will:
- Work with the marketing and wider commercial teams to plan and deliver acquisition, retention, cross-sell, and upsell campaigns across multiple channels (owned, paid, and earned)
- Plan and implement highly effective email and marketing automation programmes using Salesforce and other automation tools
- Analyse and segment data to create a targeted approach to drive engagement across multiple audiences and buyer personas
- Facilitate the development of multi-channel thought leadership content - case studies, blogs, guides, research, webinars, video and events
- Work with sales teams on Account Based Marketing initiatives
- Provide the sales and account management teams with digital sales content, including brochures and presentations
- Continually test, measure and report campaign and programme performance and evolve actions based on learning

You will be considered for the Marketing Manager role if you can fulfil ALL of the following criteria:

- Good understanding of marketing strategy and keen digital awareness, tech-savvy and hands on
- Experience delivering engagement and lead generation across multiple channels, including email, automation, search, social, PR, and paid media
- Strong ability to develop campaign messages and propositions is a must
-High standard of copywriting, with an excellent ability for storytelling, structure, spelling, grammar, and understanding of style, tone of voice and audience
- Experience using CRM, data and email marketing/automation systems. Salesforce and Watson Campaign Engagement useful, but not essential.
- Analytical and able to turn insight into actionable marketing that will drive and improve performance
- Great eye for brand and design
- Basic to intermediate HTML will be required
- Adobe Creative Cloud experience preferred
