Manager of New Build Housing 

Property Team - Based in London

The mission

They are more than just an internet service provider; it also installs its own fibre infrastructure into multi-occupancy buildings, bringing the UK’s fastest internet speeds to users.  Your mission will be to support and develop the Housing product and client range within the New Build team to build on their success.

This is an opportunity to join and grow into a sales role within a successful and growing Broadband company based in West London. This role is for a position within the team that works with developers and builders in New Build developments across London and the UK.

Experience

This role is pivotal in the development of the capability to serve and deliver their award winning service to Housing developments in the UK. Previous roles working with and serving the New Build development industry is beneficial whilst knowledge of telecoms and the ISP business could be advantageous too. 

Reporting Line

Reporting to the Sales Director, Head of Property

Responsibilities and duties will include:

  • Working with and reporting to the Head of Property, this role will enjoy the support and assistance of the whole team.
  • Regular reporting to the Head of Property and other stakeholders.
  • A mission to develop and refine processes and systems for delivery of units and deployment too.
  • A proactive approach with real attention to detail.
  • Agreeing and working within territory and account constructs.
  • Independent networking and following upon opportunities presented.
  • Recruiting and building a team from an intial base to scale to meet the success achieved
