Head of Sales - eCommerce - Start-up

The business are looking to shake things up in a category that can often be stuffy & staid - the world of wine.
They're developing a direct-to-consumer model that will not only focus on physical sales but on becoming the go-to platform for informative, educational & fun content on the world of wine.
They're looking for someone to lead their commercial team - reporting to the MD and with overall responsibility for both B2B and B2C sales.
Interest & knowledge of wine would be great but is by no means essential. What's important is knowing how to sell online (ideally a mix of direct and third party), having the desire & drive to be part of a start-up, knowing how to manage (and loving managing people) and being a commercial know it all.
