Senior Copywriter - Join our gang – and get B2B naughty
We’re planning a job, a big job, and one that could firm up your reputation as a proper diamond player. It’s a take down, a heist. The target: some of the world’s biggest B2B brands.
That’s where you come in. Basically, we need a wordsmith – an ideas geezer or gal who can swap a shooter for a keyboard, a pen, and a client brief. But more than that, we’re on the lookout for someone who gets engagement: a person able to think well outside the box, to create copy that’s dripping with a human narrative – and to master the emotional sell.
It’s a job for a top Copywriter or Senior Copywriter, and one who can come in and partner up with the Executive Creative Director. But remember, to join this mob you’re going to need both the minerals and the marbles. That’s because you’ll be working with the agency’s strategists, copywriters and creatives to create powerful marketing campaigns that are stand out in terms of both impact and client results.
This is not a number for your average mug. Rather, we’re on the look out for ambition and for someone who can turn a good idea into a great copy; who gets what it takes to make today’s audiences sit up and take notice; who wants to be disruptive in creating distinctive marketing; and who sees the ‘creative boundary’ as nothing more than a state of mind.
According to ‘Arry the Biscuit, our man on the inside, this is for a long established integrated comms agency; a leading light in the creative space that’s earned its spurs working in the B2B arena for some of the world best known brands. They’re a tight crew, and you’ll need to be a tidy team player. Lone Rangers need not apply.
Reckon that could float your boat?
If so, you’ll need to demonstrate lots of experience working within the marketing agency network – ideally with a B2B IT/Tech flavour. Not that these gangsters will rule you out if you’re rocking a more B2B/B2C mix. All that matters is that you’re just at home thinking conceptually as you are creating long and short copy.
There’s also a monkey and a pony in it for the successful candidate, with a salary range between £45-50k plus benefits.
As for your future prospects, if you don’t end up going for a swim with the fishes this is the perfect opportunity for any Copywriter who’s set their sights on working on global activity. It’s all about potential. And style.
