So, what are we looking for? A Consumer Insights Manager to support the marketing team in understanding where their consumers are, what they are buying, how they are buying and ultimately how do they get better at understanding the consumers shopper journey.
Working in partnership with a Strategy Manager, your main aim will be to understand, evaluate everything in relation to the customer path to purchase. Using market, audience, channel and brand insights, you'll analyse the data, pull insights, trends and ideas to help better the brands marketing activities.
They spend a huge amount across both digital and traditional media and expect this person to come with knowledge of all of these channels, whether it's basic or advanced understanding.
