We are currently recruiting for a great new role as an Research Manager with a global customer experience agency based in St Albans

This role will be a hybrid of both insight and account management where you will have the opportunity liaise with clients and provide advice around their service and also be hands on in providing the insight needed to inform your clients of how their brand is performing. For the role of an Research Manager there would be the unique opportunity to merge both Insight and Account Management where you will be able to deliver insights to a client board, manage projects for your team and build relationships with you clients.

They are quite a young, ambitious company and they want to make a real impact to the business of the clients that they work with, they're always evolving in terms of technology, with the software the company uses being bespoke.

They're UK business has seen incredible growth in recent years and they hold most of the business in the market for restaurants in the UK for customer experience research and have a big presence in retail sector too working with companies such as Boots, Nando's, Domino's, McDonalds, Sainsburys and Morrisons across the retail and restaurant sectors and you will manage between 5-10 clients in this area as your clients point of contact.

The projects that you will manage and work on will be based around your clients customer experience, pulling actionable insight from data collected through different channels in order to help the client understand what they could do with the data and insights and how they could answer certain questions that they have about their service.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Ideally you will have had exposure to market research and have knowledge of either quantitative or qualitative research methodologies.
  • You will have experience dealing with clients/ senior stakeholders in a consultative role.
  • Experience in the retail or restaurant sector would be highly desirable.
  • Ideally you will have had some exposure to account management.
