Global Website & Content Management Specialist, Banbury -
A reputable and highly respected global financial services business are seeking to appoint a website and content management specialist to manage their global website operations.
Working closely with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders who are based in the UK and around the globe, this is a newly created role that is responsible for the day-to-day management and performance of the websites.

You will be tasked with project managing and executing various internal requests from stakeholders in order to deliver a consistently high quality user experience; Lead and manage the global content management system; Own and develop strong relationships with third party technical developers; Lead the development of the global technical SEO strategy; Support colleagues where appropriate with the development of the content strategy, as well as other key digital decisions.

Previous CMS and agency management experience are essential for this position. You will need to be happy when managing websites and understand the concept of CMS in terms of its development from a global perspective. As well as having previous search engine marketing experience you will also need to be a good project manager and be able to prioritise and multi-task when managing a number of different projects simultaneously.

Note that this role is predominately about managing relationships as all technical work is conducted by the agencies that you will be managing. Whilst you will need to have a technical background to a certain point, it is not a fully-fledged technical role and therefore wouldn't suit an IT specialist in the truest form.

Should flexibility be required due to the location of this role, it is available on a remote working basis. You will, however, be required to spend one or two days per week working from head office in Banbury.
