Head of Performance Marketing - Competitive plus benefits - London

This leading UK high street retailer is one of the nation's favourites with around 21 million customers visiting stores each week.

As part of the companies marketing transformation this role will lead Performance Marketing ensuring that the right customers are seeing the right message at the right time. This will include:

- Leading and delivering traffic and revenue to .com optimising all channels and levels
- Leading and making recommendations on using performance channels to drive footfall instore
- Leading the SEO, Paid Search, Affiliates and Programmatic Display channel outputs for M&S
- Accountable for measurement and attribution of all performance marketing activity to optimise ROI

To be considered for this Head of Performance Marketing you will be able to deal with large, complex, matrix organisations with changing and competing priorities as well as:

-  Exceptional understanding and experience of optimising all Digital Marketing channels as well as developing cross device strategies
- Deep understanding of the latest Ad Tech/Mar Tech solutions
- Strong technical SEO knowledge as well as understanding of total search strategies
- Driven and expert in delivering long term ROI
