Progressive aggregator-led digital marketing role with a FTSE-listed Property firm.

This is a progressive new position with a FTSE-listed Property brand reporting to a visionary Head of Digital Marketing. He has created the role in order to focus on managing portal relationships across Rightmove, Zoopla and others.

You will ensure that presence on portal sites is optimised and delivering maximum impact, and requires you to provide campaign support across our digital acquisition, conversion rate optimisation and retention campaigns.

Core Remit & Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day management of relationships with Rightmove and Zoopla's account management team in support of company objectives
  • Responsibility for management and optimisation of marketing spend on all portal sites
  • Work with the Marketing Analytics team to report on the performance of listings and effectively communicate results to stakeholders
  • Reporting on the performance of listings to ensure that they are as visible and efficient as possible
  • Reporting on the performance of our product spend to ensure that the maximum impact and leads are delivered for the business
  • Keeping abreast of all new portal product launches and available inventory
  • Organizing and delivering internal communications to ensure that our portal activities are clear and understood by all relevant internal stakeholders
  • Running regular review meetings with office managers to enable them to better understand their business and markets within which they operate
  • Working closely with Head of Digital Marketing and external agencies to support wider digital marketing campaigns across digital acquisition, conversion rate optimisation and retention campaigns

Candidate Profile

  • Appreciable experience in Digital marketing, ideally including working with Aggregators
  • Experience from insurance, property, travel or similar aggregator-like competitive environment
  • Comfortable working with data, analysis and reporting
  • Calm, proactive and confident demeanour
  • Ability to be flexible, and adapt to new marketing techniques and leverage trends
