Major Players are working with a small high end design agency based in East London who are seeking the services of Studio Operations Manager. The agency work with some the most well-known national brands, providing their clients customers with unique and market leading solutions in 3D design.

Due to an ever growing workload they are now looking for a dedicated Studio Operations Manager to come on board and take real ownership of the agency's workflow, resource and studio admin.

You will be committed, able to organise your own studio time as well as others, be confident when dealing with designers and creative, be presentable with solid technical skills and a friendly and have a professional and reliable management style.

Main duties will be to ensure the seamless operation of all aspects of the studio, from movement of designers across projects, against approved project plans and man-hours to client 'meet & greet' to studio organisation, furniture, space planning, new hardware and ownership of the archive.

The Studio Operations Manager will:

Work alongside the Directors to help with Studio, IT and front of house duties
Resource / pipeline management, identifying bottlenecks or downtime in studio workflow and making appropriate recommendations.
Helping to identify any necessary recruitment
Monitor daily work schedules of the creative department
Chair weekly resource meeting with MD & Creative team
Manage invoices and purchase orders
Liaise with landlord for all building issues

The Studio Operations Manager will have:

Excellent organisational, verbal and written communication skills
A grasp the big picture as well as the detail
Proven design management skills within a creative studio.
Extensive experience of commercial brand delivery process and outcomes.
Ability to ensure others meet deadlines in a fast moving environment.
Experience in motivating staff and project teams and inspiring teamwork
Ability to work on multiple projects and manage multiple project managers as required.
Knowledge of studio management software.
